Home Inspection

Buying a Home Inspection is an absolute must when purchasing a home.  Imagine buying a home without knowing about the condition of the roof, HVAC, electrical or foundation or if it has termites!  I call this a risky investment.  When you work with a professional REALTOR®, they can provide you with a list of licensed inspectors.  Prices start at about  $350+ depending on if you want specialized inspections such as pool, well, septic...  This is the best money you will spend on your home purchase.  A good inspector will welcome you to join during the last 30 minutes of the inspection. This way he can go over all his findings and answer any questions you may have.  Then they will follow up by sending you a report. For more information about how this process works and what's next when a problem is discovered, just call me. I love to talk about Real Estate.  817-767-0221
